First of all, Happy New Year to all of you! May this new year bring happiness, joy and peace into your lives! May all your unfulfilled dreams of the past year, get fulfilled in this new year.
Last year 2005 passed away very quickly. Even before I realized, 2005 was gone. My company got acquired. Parents visited me in Bangalore for the first time, Sisters got jobs, brother got better opportunities. Many friends got married, few had children, few left for different countries, few came back to India. Hmmm...so many things happened. It was a mixed year - of good and bad. I am happy about the good things that happened to me and thankful for the bad things which happened because I got opportunity to learn. Hmmm..is it too much positive thinking? ;)
About how I celebrated my new year:
This time as I told earlier in my posts, I am in Bangalore. I didn't go home to Vizag. So on 31st night, we decided to go to Hermon church. I went there at around 10:30PM and I saw that the service was in Tamil and Kannada. Interesting thing is I don't understand any of these languages. So I waited for some time and then came back and attended service at Richmond Town Methodist Church. The service was in English.
I got my individual promise "I will save you and protect you".
Came back home at around 1:30AM.
